Pain Treatment
The choice of your therapy depends on your specific type of pain, how severe it is, and how well your pain responded to other therapy techniques. You and your doctor may consider other options if your current treatment is not controlling your pain or is causing uncomfortable side effects. We provide a number of different treatments of which a few are listed below.
- Medication - Analgesia
- Interventional treatment - Nerve blocks, injections

Psychologist
The clinic’s psychologist conducts assessment evaluations, psychological testing, as well as individual and group therapy sessions. Therapy sessions are tailored to each patient’s needs with emphasis on coping with pain and emotions. The psychologist is also responsible for program evaluation and research.
Radiologist
The Radiologist will conduct diagnostic investigation procedures using facilities such MRI, X-ray and ultrasound.
Physiotherapists
The physiotherapist will conduct musculoskeletal assessments and provide active treatment. This may include joint mobilisation, electrotherapy or acupuncture. Exercise programmes will be designed when appropriate which may incorporate pool therapy exercises (Hydrotherapy).
